But this morning was hard, I realised how much the beer that I had in afternoon affected the quality of the sleep I had. Everything I read (Matthew Walker - Why we sleep) was true. Even though I slept for more than 8 hours, the quality of the sleep was at a lower spectrum of average (FitBit calls it fair, but I don't value it so highly).
Today I have been a bit lazy and been restoring my energy levels. An extra shower to feel refreshed and I am sorted.
No regrets.
